Udbhava 2025 brought together multiple competitions and activities across technology, gaming, creativity and knowledge. The organizers needed a single digital experience where participants could discover events, understand requirements and access the information needed to take part.
With events ranging from a 24-hour hackathon and competitive programming to gaming, debate, web design and quizzes, the challenge was to organize a large amount of event information without making the experience difficult to navigate.
We designed and developed a dedicated digital platform for Udbhava 2025 that brought the entire event ecosystem into one place.
Participants could explore the different competitions, open dedicated event pages, understand rules and schedules, and navigate through the fest from a single responsive experience.
The platform was structured around event discovery rather than treating the fest as a conventional college website, making the experience feel more like a dedicated technology event platform.

The platform organizes the fest around individual event entities, allowing each competition to have its own information, rules, schedule, venue and presentation while remaining part of the larger Udbhava experience.
The information architecture was designed to handle different types of competitions within one consistent interface, from coding and hackathons to gaming, design, debate and quizzes.
Each major event receives a dedicated experience containing its description, rules, rounds, timing and venue information instead of relying on a single crowded event listing.
